Terms of Use
Agreement to these Terms and Conditions constitutes execution of an agreement for use of the services provided by SEEDA ENTERPRISE agreed upon by SEEDA ENTERPRISE and the purchaser who buys products on imofaa’s site (the “Site”). Any transaction executed through imofaa’s service is governed by the laws of the Malaysia and any statement herein with regard to time, period and place is based upon the time, period and place of Malaysia.
Agreement to Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to imofaa. The Site is the property of SEEDA ENTERPRISE and its licensors. By using the site, you are agreeing to the following listed terms; if you do not agree, please refrain from using this site.
imofaa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, imofaa grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

imofaa grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express wrote consent of imofaa. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of imofaa. Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. imofaa does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use imofaa only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. imofaa reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
Management of Members
1. imofaa may take any or all the following measures against members who have violated the Terms and Conditions, applicable laws and regulations or general commercial practices:
a. Withdrawal of all or part of the benefits given by imofaa;
b. Restriction on use of certain services;
c. Termination of the Use Contract;
d. Claim for damages
2. imofaa will notify the relevant member by phone or e-mail prior to taking any measure specified above, but if the member cannot be reached, or in cases of urgency, imofaa may take the measure first and notify the member after the event.
3. Members may dispute the measures taken by imofaa under this Article if they have grounds to do so.
Product Descriptions
imofaa attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, imofaa does not warrant that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by imofaa itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
The List Price displayed for products on our website represents the selling price estimated in accordance with standard industry practice.

Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to imofaa or to products or services sold or distributed by imofaa or through imofaa.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The laws of Malaysia apply to this agreement. Any legal proceedings brought in connection with disputes arising between imofaa and any member from imofaa services shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of imofaa.
Applicable Law
Matters not provided for in the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of Malaysia.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
Please review our other policies posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to imofaa. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
